Nick rides this one for everything -- prone, eFoil, wake, downwind. The Vario Twist makes it noticeably more lively and performance-oriented than the 120 HA-X without losing the glide. It's not a beginner wing, but riders can grow into it. Riders wanting more glide and a more forgiving platform should look at the 150. Riders who want ultimate performance should look at the 90.
